Dogs are permitted in the following accommodations: Tree Garden Pods, Iglu Huts, Forest Domes, Safari Tents, River Cottage, River House, Open Meadow, Hedge Village, and Happy Valley. All dogs must be kept on a lead at all times within the site. Please clean up after your dog. Dogs must not be left unattended in your accommodation.

Check-in starts at 2:00 PM. Departure is by 11:00 AM on your checkout date.

The Thermal Village is an additional £25 per person, unless you book a specific Stay & Spa package which includes access. The spa operates Thursday to Sunday only and is strictly 16+.

Bedding and fresh towels are provided in all premium accommodations. For glamping pods (Happy Valley, Hedge Village, and Open Meadow), only bed sheets are provided — please bring your own towels, pillows, and additional bedding.

Travel cots can be requested but are subject to availability. Please call on the morning of arrival to confirm if one can be provided.

We do not accept cancellations. However, we understand that plans may change. If you need to reschedule, we offer the flexibility to rearrange your booking within 7 days of the original booking date. Please contact us within this time frame to discuss alternative dates. Last-minute bookings for the same day or next day cannot be amended.

Yes, free private parking is available for all guests directly at each accommodation.
