What to Know
Session Length
Session durations vary by package, ranging from 60 minutes to 2 hours. Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in before your slot begins.
What to Bring
Bring your own swimsuit and towel. Lockers are available on-site. Please avoid applying fake tan before your session to protect water quality.
Towels & Robes
Towels and robes can be added as hire options to your booking (£5 per robe, £3 per towel). Alternatively, guests are welcome to bring their own.
Age Limit
The Thermal Village is strictly for guests aged 16 and over. All visitors must carry valid photo ID.
Shared Facilities
All spa facilities are shared and open-air. Premium accommodation guests also have a private hot tub at their unit.
Availability
The Thermal Village operates Thursday to Sunday only. Weekend sessions sell out quickly — book in advance to secure your slot.
