Santa Experience booking policy
Bookings are final. Customer cancellations, transfers, date changes and refunds are not accepted. Check the date, arrival time, guest numbers and contact information carefully before paying.
Accurate details matter. The lead guest is responsible for supplying correct information. Your ticket is sent digitally and may be shown on an iPhone or Android phone; printing is not required.
Arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrival may mean parts of the approximately one-hour experience are missed, and we cannot move a booking to another session.
If Waters Edge cancels. We will contact the lead guest using the details supplied and explain the available remedy. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.
