Do Tree Garden Pods have private hot tubs?
No. Tree Garden Pods have a private en-suite and kitchenette, but no private hot tub. Thermal Village access is a separate add-on for £25 per person, subject to availability.

Select stays have private hot tubs, including Forest Domes and Hideaway Huts. Check each accommodation page for its exact facilities.
When can I check in and out?
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM, unless your booking confirmation states otherwise.
Is bedding included?
Equipped stays and Happy Valley include bedding. Open Meadow and Hedge Village provide a bed sheet only; bring pillows, additional bedding and towels.
Is parking available?
Free on-site parking is available. Depending on your stay, your parking space may be a short walk from the accommodation.
